Angela resides in Middlesex County where she shares a 54 acre farm with her husband Jeff, daughter Emily and a multitude of animals including horses, dogs, and cats. Originally from Reston, VA, Angela was first introduced
to the area when she attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg. While at William and Mary, she was heavily involved with the local equestrian community and often competed in Gloucester at local horse
shows. After graduating from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, VA in 1996, Angela was excited to return to the area for her first job as an Associate with Pine Meadow Equine Service
in Yorktown, VA. In 1998, she started her own practice, Bridle Creek Veterinary Service, serving the horses of the Middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck. In 2002, Angela and Jeff moved to their current farm in Middlesex County where she continues her veterinary practice and raises warm blood show horses. She is active in several local and state horse organizations and trains and competes with the horses she has raised in Dressage. Angela joined the GMHS Board in July of 2014 and hopes to lend her viewpoint as a veterinarian to the organization.
