Fixin' to Save Spay & Neuter Clinic Veterinary Scheduler/Client Services Representative
Location: GMHS' Fixin’ to Save Spay & Neuter Clinic
Reports to: Clinic Director
Classification: Part-time, non-exempt
Summary: Fixin’ to Save Spay & Neuter Clinic seeks a part-time Veterinary Scheduler/Client Services Representative for a busy non-profit spay/neuter clinic. Committed to ease of booking, accessibility of service, and quality of care, this position will help people help their pets by arranging appointments, gathering and recording key information, and creating clear expectations about the spay/neuter process.
The position is 30 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM. Pay is $10 to $12 per hour.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preferred skills/experience: Two or more years of reception/customer relations experience in a veterinary clinic and/or shelter environment preferred.
