Wayne Maloney
Raised on a farm in Northeastern Wisconsin, Wayne Maloney has been around animals, wild and domestic, his entire life. Beginning his career as a broadcast journalist, Wayne worked in media in Wisconsin and Alaska, before transitioning to a second career as a legislative staffer, both in Alaska and in Washington, D.C. Prior to retiring earlier in 2020, he worked in media relations with the United States Department of Agriculture. Wayne and his wife Lisa have two dogs, "Stella", a Jack Russell terrier, and "Jasper", a Walker hound. Wayne's primary job in retirement is meeting Jasper and Stella's needs, including Jasper's near-nightly request for a 3 a.m. walk. He lives in rural Gloucester.
